- All goods are sold subject to availability. Our suppliers on average process all orders within 24 hours however please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. On occasion, due to simultaneous online purchasing, some goods will temporarily become out of stock before an order is complete. Where this happens we will contact you and offer you the choice of a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
- Product Information
- Whilst our suppliers take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. With this in mind please understand that colours and appearance of scale may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product then we offer a no fuss returns policy up to 7 days after delivery (see below)
- Faulty Goods
- If you receive defective or faulty goods please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement free of charge. Please note that we have several distributors so goods need to be returned to the address provided on the packaging and not to address listed on our contact us page. Please also note that unlike goods damaged in transit (see below) you have up to 6 months to arrange a replacement. We and our distributors reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is clear that an item has been damaged subsequent to delivery.
- Goods Damaged in Transit
- Goods on occasion are damaged in transit. If this is the case the customer has 7days to inform us using the contact details provided on our contact us page. Within this period all goods will be replaced free of charge. Please note that we will only replace goods if we have been contacted and informed of the issue in advance within the 7 day period.
- Returns
- For any reason if you wish to return an item we will ensure a refund within 30 days. If you are thinking of returning a item then we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14days. Items should be returned to the return address noted on the packaging and not to the address shown on this site. We will only ensure a refund if adequate care is taken with the product prior to returning it to our suppliers. This means ensuring it remains in its original packaging and that it is suitably protected when posting it back. Please note that we work with several suppliers and therefore cannot guarantee a refund unless you have contacted us prior to returning the item/s.
- Pricing & Promotions
- All products on this site are susceptible to changes in price and postage costs at our discretion. Products being returned are refunded at the original price of purchase.
- Your Account
- Footyshack.co.uk does not share any of our customer information with third parties. The customer, however, is responsible for protecting access to their account by ensuring their access details (username & password) are kept secret. Any activity that occurs within their account that is not performed by us is the responsibility of the customer. We also ask that you keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge again for postage on items that have been delivered to the wrong address due to out of date information on your account. We also reserve the right to block access to the website, terminate or amend the details of accounts or cancel orders. Where orders are canceled no charge will be made to the customer.
